One of the highlights of the North Devon coastline is where Exmoor plunges into the Bristol Channel, a photogenic area of rich colours, high moorland, deep valleys, rocky cliffs and hidden bays. This shot was taken looking eastwards from near Martinhoe, and shows Woody Bay and Crock Point; in the shadows lies Lee Bay, Duty Point with its tower and the Valley of the Rocks. In the distance, across the Bristol Channel, lies the coastline of South Wales.
